At Signal Butte Dentistry, I'm always greeted by Rene when I walk in . She always has a warm smile and checks you in, schedules appointments and if needed works diligently to explain the treatment plans with different tiers that may best suit your needs. I came in for a crown on a root canal. Was seen by dental assistant Maya and Dr. Isaac. These two make a great team working together. Maya and Dr. Isaac were very professional yet friendly. Both were very patient and understanding with me as I kept moving around in the chair during the procedure and needed a few short breaks due to the pain I was having in my shoulder. No pain from the Dr. LOL. Maya and Dr. Isaac answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Once the prep work was done and the crown was being made Maya explained how the crown was made. Showed me the machine that makes the crown and informed me how it works to make the crown. Then explained the steps her team needs to take to work with the crown before its placed over my tooth. Then explained the remaining steps that is needed to complete the procedure. She educated me a little about dentistry and the way she presented it was really interesting and my time there enjoyable. Dr. Isaac is very meticulous, takes his time and does good work. Just look at the alignment and fit of this crown. Note: the crown was just temporarily set in place to check the fit. I highly recommend Signal Butte Dentistry the folks there are Great!
